We engage following contract award or buyout request. Our estimating and operations teams are already familiar with prevailing wage and PLA requirements, spec sections, and agency protocols across the tri-state.

Scope Review & Buyout
We collaborate directly with Project Managers, Procurement Teams, and Superintendents to confirm quantities, phasing needs, and any value engineering opportunities. Submittals, COIs, payment requisitions and EEO paperwork are turned around promptly and efficiently.
STEP 3
Mobilization & Execution
Union crews execute site prep, plantings, tree work, and irrigation in coordination with your project schedule. We stay responsive to evolving site conditions and ensure we meet your project timeline.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Eastern provide residential landscaping services
No. Eastern exclusively performs public-sector landscape construction. We do not take on residential or private homeowner projects of any size.
Does Eastern offer post-construction landscape maintenance?
No. We are not a maintenance contractor. Our scope ends at construction and installation. Ongoing care, watering, mowing, or seasonal upkeep should be handled by separate maintenance firms.
Does Eastern bid on non-union or open shop projects?
No. We are a union signatory contractor and only perform work on prevailing wage or Project Labor Agreement (PLA) projects. We do not bid on non-union, private-sector development work.
Does Eastern sell or wholesale landscaping materials (plants, soil, mulch, etc.)?
No. While we procure and install materials for our contracted jobs, we are not a supplier or distributor of landscaping products to the public or other contractors
Does Eastern provide design or architectural landscaping services?
No. We are strictly a build-phase contractor. While we often collaborate with landscape architects and designers, we do not provide design drawings, renderings, or planning services in-house.
